AlArabia Outdoor Advertising announces that the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 16-11-1446 AH (corresponding to 14-05-2025 AD), approved the resignation of the company’s CEO, Mr. Mohamed Abdulelah AlKhereiji, and his appointment as Chairman of the Board, effective from 17-11-1446 AH (15-05-2025 AD), for the current term that began on 18-03-2023 AD and ends on 17-03-2026 AD.

The Board also decided to appoint Mr. Mansour Mohammed AlObaikan as Chief Executive Officer of the company, with his duties starting on 19-12-1446 AH (corresponding to 15-06-2025 AD).
