ALARABIA OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SIGNS THE FIRST REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP OUTSIDE THE KINGDOM TO ESTABLISH A JOINT STOCK COMPANY IN THE ADVERTISING SECTOR

Arabian Contracting Services Company, a pioneer in the outdoor advertising industry, signed on Wednesday, 8 December 2021, in Cairo, the first regional partnership outside the Kingdom with United Media Services Company to establish an Egyptian joint stock company with the aim of making a qualitative digital shift in the development of outdoor advertising sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The signing took place in the presence of the CEO of AlArabia, Mr. Mohamed AlKhereiji, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Media Services Company, Mr. Hassan Al-Sayed. The 25-year partnership included the installation and operation of at least 120 billboards characterized by their ability to measure and analyze the results of public access. The partnership also includes that AlArabia supervises, manages, and operates all stages of the advertising process that enables advertisers to reach their audience within the Arab Republic of Egypt, starting from installation and reaching advertisers until the advertisement appears on the screens for all to see.

This partnership comes within the framework of the strategic direction pursued by AlArabia to grow and expand in the Middle East after successful completion of the initial public offering (IPO) in the Saudi Stock Exchange, where AlArabia seeks to take the lead in providing Out-of-Home advertising services in the Middle East, in addition to its endeavor to represent its billboards as smart masterpieces, that adds to the beauty of cities and serves their residents and visitors.
